Villa Vielsa is located in Elviria, Marbella, in a quiet residential area. The villa has beautiful decor in a luxury-chic style throughout, making it perfect for a special family holiday, or for couples to visit & enjoy a long-weekend in Marbella.

There are many outside areas to enjoy at the villa. The gardens are filled with mature tropical plants making it very private. It enjoys an elevated position, looking out across Elviria. The swimming pool is very generous in size and includes a swim-up bar for relaxing in the water. There is a selection of sunbeds, chill-out poufs, a parasol shade and a pool shower. The pool bar and BBQ area includes bar stools, a large outdoor fridge, a free-standing BBQ, outside sink and also the feature pizza oven with a ‘pizza booth’ style seating area, for enjoying a perfect ‘pool day’ with your friends or family. You can also use the pool, gardens & other outside areas equally during the evening and all year round, as there is feature lighting outside and an option to have the pool heated if you are visiting during the winter. (Please ask for further details, or select the option to include the pool heating)The villa is fully equipped. It has a large lounge with electric fireplace, TV & dining area, a feature sunroom with electric louvred roof and a fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and includes all cookware, glasses, crockery etc. There is also an outside dining table and soft seating area outside the kitchen, set beneath a beautiful thatched pergola and surrounded by pine trees.There is 1 double bedroom on the ground floor with built-in wardrobes and a family/guest bathroom adjacent. On the upper floor, there are 3 more bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is very spacious and includes a dressing room, ensuite with walk-in shower – plus a small balcony with mountain views. Bedroom 2 has extensive wardrobes, an ensuite with a bath-tub and also a small balcony. Bedroom 3 is a twin bedroom, comprising 2 single beds, built-in wardrobes and an ensuite with shower.

The villa is around 5-6 minutes drive to one of Marbella’s best white sandy beaches, where there are a variety of beach bars & restaurants with loungers to rent, plus lots of other activities close by including watersports, tennis and several golf courses just a short drive away.

There are a selection of bars, shops and a supermarket within walking distance, and many visitor attractions close by. The villa is located around 15 mins drive to Marbella centre with the picturesque Old Town and it’s luxury boutiques and Orange Square. Or it is approx. 20 mins to Puerto Banus, where you can enjoy the famous nightlife & marina.

The villa includes hot & cold air conditioning, solar hot water, smoke detectors, security alarm, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. There is also private covered parking for 1 car, ample on-street parking and a pedestrian gate which leads to a flight of garden steps up to the villa.

In keeping with the luxury standard of the villa, guests will receive complimentary toiletries & welcome refreshments on arrival, plus fresh bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels. A supply of gas for the BBQ will be provided for your stay.

PLEASE NOTE : Villa Vielsa is located in a quiet residential area, which makes it ideal for families or couples holidays. For this reason, we do not rent to large groups of under 30s, or Hen /Stag parties. Thank you.
