Sunsets and Stars Cottage is a beautiful holiday home with fantastic views, ideal for couples, families with older children, or friends seeking a blend of walking holidays and beach days with easy access to favourite Snowdonia sights and attractions. The cottage accommodates five people in two bedrooms and boasts spacious gardens. True to its name, the night skies are spectacular. Situated in the quiet village of Llysfaen, it's just a few miles from Colwyn Bay and Mynydd Marian, within walking distance of the village shop, and the popular Semaphore Lodge pub and restaurant.
Llysfaen serves as an excellent base for exploring the myriad sights and attractions of Snowdonia and the North Wales coast. The cottage is particularly favoured by walkers, who relish not only climbing Snowdon and trekking the Welsh Coast Path, but also exploring places like the Mynydd Marian Nature Reserve, just a three-minute walk from your doorstep, offering expansive views from its summit. The village shop provides essentials such as fresh milk and bread, while Colwyn Bay, a short drive away, offers supermarkets, cafes, pubs, and other conveniences. After breakfast, grab your lilo and sunscreen and head to the picturesque beaches of Colwyn Bay. The coastal stretch offers plenty of variety, with nearby beaches including Rhos-on-Sea, Conwy Morfa, and Penrhyn Bay. Llandudno, a traditional seaside resort with a pier and amusements, is only 20 minutes from Sunsets and Stars Cottage.

- Review from...: AIRBNB 'There simply aren't enough stars available to represent how fantastic our stay was. Cerys is the most wonderful host, from booking she is helpful! The cottage was easy to find, in the most gorgeous peaceful location. Cerys let us checkin early and checkout late, thank you! Inside was the most delicious home baked treats, it was the most clean and cosy home from home. We were very sad to leave, having had the most lovely few days. If you book you certainly won't be disappointed, everything was so clean - and small thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommend and we will certainly be back, thanks so much!!'
