Your comfortable holiday home has been newly renovated in Spring 2024 and provides a perfect base for exploring the area or relaxing on the sofa.

As you enter the house, there's plenty of room in the porch for outdoor items like a pushchair. The cloakroom is conveniently located nearby. Once you've come inside, the spacious living dining space offers plenty of room to spread out. There are two relaxed chairs perfect for reading, along with two sofas to relax on while discussing the day's adventures or watching TV. The dining table comfortably seats four and can also be a great spot for enjoying games and puzzles.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a special meal or a hearty breakfast.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms - one with an ensuite featuring a walk-in shower. The other bedroom has patio doors leading out to the balcony, where you can enjoy sea glimpses over the rooftops. It's the perfect place for a morning coffee or an evening drink before heading out to local restaurants and bars.

Adjacent to the balcony room, there's a large family bathroom with a bath and overbath shower, extra storage drawers, and spare pillows. Both bedrooms have 3ft single beds that can be linked together to create a superking size bed.

Outside, the fully enclosed garden provides a sheltered spot to enjoy the sunshine or shade, with a patio table for alfresco dining. There's also a hose with a spray attachment for cleaning up after sandy or muddy adventures with your dogs.

The Hideaway is an ideal base for enjoying everything Hunstanton has to offer without needing to use your car and dealing with parking, or as a base for exploring the Norfolk coast.

Guest Access: You have access to all rooms. There is a locked cupboard in the main bedroom and in the kitchen where we store our housekeeping supplies.

Other Things to Note: Our neighbours have a very small garden, so when their young lads play ball outside, you may hear them and occasionally a ball may fly over the fence. They are very polite and always ask nicely for their ball back by knocking on the front door. Depending on the wind direction, you may also hear some music from the fairground, which adds to the seaside holiday ambiance.
