Winner’s Choice Programme – Owner Participation Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all property owners taking part in the Winner’s Choice prize-draw programme promoted on Raffall by Amori Travel. By participating in the programme, the owner agrees to the terms below.

1. Nature of the Arrangement
Amori Travel operates the Winner’s Choice programme and will provide a prize contribution of up to £500 towards a holiday stay with a participating property owner.

  • Amori Travel does not provide, organise, or supply the accommodation and is not a party to the accommodation contract between the property owner and the guest.

  • Amori Travel does not act as an agent for either the owner or the guest.

  • All accommodation services are supplied directly by the property owner under the owner’s own booking terms and conditions.

  • Amori Travel’s role is limited to funding the prize contribution and introducing the prize winner to the owner of their chosen property.

2. Owner Responsibilities
Once a Winner’s Choice booking is confirmed, the owner accepts full responsibility for the booking and the guest stay, including:

  • Communication with the guest and booking administration.

  • Providing the guest with their standard booking terms, conditions, and cancellation policies.

  • Collecting any additional payment required directly from the guest if the total booking value exceeds the £500 prize contribution.

  • Providing Amori Travel with a copy of the booking confirmation or form, clearly showing the total accommodation price, for record-keeping purposes.

  • The owner is solely responsible for the property condition, guest safety whilst on the property, appropriate insurance, and legal compliance.

3. Amori Travel Responsibilities
Amori Travel agrees to provide a prize contribution of up to £500 towards the winner’s stay.

  • Amori Travel will pay the owner: £500 if the total booking value is £500 or more; or the full booking value if the stay costs less than £500.

  • Any unused portion of the £500 contribution is forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit by either the guest or the owner.

  • Payment will be made directly to the owner once:

    1. The owner’s specific cancellation window (as stated on the owner’s website or terms) has passed; and

    2. The guest booking confirmation or form, clearly showing the total accommodation price, has been received by Amori Travel.

4. Booking Contract

  • The accommodation booking forms a contract directly between the property owner and the guest.

  • Amori Travel’s financial obligation is strictly limited to the payment of the prize contribution.

  • Any dispute regarding the total cost of the stay, additional fees, or refunds of payments made directly by the guest must be resolved solely between the owner and the guest.

  • Amori Travel is not responsible for the property, providing the accommodation, or the delivery of the stay.

5. Cancellations, Amendments and Force Majeure

  • Once a booking has been confirmed, the owner’s standard booking terms and cancellation policy apply.

  • If the guest cancels after the owner’s cancellation window has closed, the owner may retain the payment made by Amori Travel.

  • Any amendments to the booking, including date changes, are entirely at the owner’s discretion.

  • Amori Travel has no liability for cancellations, amendments, or disputes between the owner and the guest once a booking has been confirmed.

  • Owners may withdraw from the programme at any time before a booking is finalised and the contribution amount has been paid by Amori Travel.

  • If the owner cancels the holiday after the booking has been finalised, the owner agrees to notify Amori Travel and the prize winner immediately, and return any payment received from Amori Travel within 3 days.

  • If a cancellation occurs due to circumstances beyond the owner’s control (for example property damage, emergency repairs, illness, severe weather, or other unforeseen events), the owner agrees to notify Amori Travel and the guest as soon as possible.

6. Liability
The owner is fully responsible for the accommodation and the delivery of the stay. Amori Travel accepts no liability for:

  • The property or its condition

  • Guest conduct

  • Property damage

  • Disputes between the owner and the guest

  • Injury, loss, or issues arising during or after the stay. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amori Travel’s liability, if any, is limited to the value of the prize contribution paid to the owner.

7. Owner Indemnity
The owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Amori Travel against any claims, losses, damages, or costs arising from:

  • The provision of the accommodation

  • Disputes with the guest

  • Property issues

  • Failure to deliver the booked stay

  • Breach of the owner’s own booking terms.

8. Raffall Prize Platform

  • The prize draw itself is conducted on Raffall, an independent third-party platform.

  • Amori Travel and participating property owners are not responsible for Raffall’s operation, ticket sales, or prize draw processes.

9. Amori Travel Right to Withdraw
Amori Travel reserves the right to withdraw approval for the prize contribution to be used at a particular property at any time prior to payment being made to the owner, for any reason. Amori Travel accepts no liability to the property owner for any costs, losses, or inconvenience that may arise from such a withdrawal, and the owner agrees not to make any claim against Amori Travel in this regard.

10. Agreement
By participating in the Winner’s Choice programme and ticking the box below, the owner confirms that they have read and agreed to these terms.
