This beautiful dog and family friendly Barn Conversion is set adjacent to a working farm with lovely views over open fields and countryside. A lovingly designed and beautifully presented cottage with sleeping possibilities for up to 8 guests. Everyone will arrive to a warm welcome.

Fresh Country style interior is complimented by beautiful furnishings - giving this stunning barn conversion a real taste of home. Situated adjacent to a working arable farm with views over open farmland in Robin Hoods wonderful County of Nottinghamshire.

The kitchen has everything you could possibly want from a country cottage. Even the most discerning chef in your group will find everything they need in this incredibly well-stocked kitchen, crockery, cutlery and glassware are all provided. There’s even a slow cooker.

The dining room is conveniently located next to the kitchen and opens up to the lounge making it the perfect space to come together, with a large oak dining table and Eames style chairs to seat 8. It’s a perfect place for a celebratory lunch or reunion dinner.

The lounge is off the dining room with squashy velvet sofas and comfortable chairs, smart TV, and picture windows with uninterrupted views to the local countryside. Tt makes the perfect place to slope off with a good book or to gather round watching your favourite film or play a game.

Upstairs there are two beautiful bedrooms that can sleep 6 plus 1 cot. They provide ultimate comfort for a great nights’ sleep - hotel quality linen, quality mattresses and black out blinds ensure a restful night for everyone. The master bedroom is a lovely family room with its king-sized bed. It has the added bonus of an additional single bed, and a trundle bed that tucks away giving you ample room for 4 guests if required. It also boasts an en-suite shower room.

Our second bedroom is a twin room, with views to open countryside, with two full size single beds.

There’s an additional separate shower room on this floor, and additionally there is a separate toilet downstairs.

Need a little more room? Then why not book our traditional bijou shepherds hut situated in the garden, sleeping 2 guests in a lovely comfy double bed offering additional sleeping.

Shepherds Hut Information
Our traditional bijou Shepherds Hut is situated in the garden, and offers additional sleeping accommodation to the barn, should you need a little more room. Sleeping 2 guests in a lovely comfy double bed, it has a beautiful cosy interior with electric heating, fridge, TV & tea and coffee making facilities. Please note there are no toilet or washing facilities in the hut (sorry not suitable for children under 12 or pets).
Cost for 3-4 nights £60.00

Hot Tub Information

We recognise that hot tubs are regularly requested as part of the experience our guests require.

Our hot tub can be added as an additional extra to your stay where available and subject to a minimum stay of 3 nights and at cost of £150 up to 7 nights stay it must be pre-booked otherwise will not be filled and available for use.

We appreciate not everyone wants to use a hot tub, so offer it this way, if you don’t want it you don’t pay for it, it will remain in the garden empty and locked.

To ensure the safe and enjoyable use of the hot tubs we request that all guests read through and adhere to the rules.

Our hot tub can be used between 9.30am and 10pm daily

A max of 4 guests per booking only no guest must be under the age of 12 years to use the Hot Tub.

In line with HSE guidance our Hot Tub is fully cleaned and filled with fresh clean water for each stay unfortunately we cannot guarantee it will be up to temperature on your arrival.

We follow strict maintenance and management of Hot Tub in order to comply with HSE guidance and is checked twice daily to ensure water quality is maintained and provide the safest and best possible hot tub experience at Redroofs Barn, BUT guests must observe the “Hot Tub Rules” displayed in the cottage.

Redroofs Barn is in a quiet rural location we ask guests to be respectful of our neighbours and the rural location we are in by keeping noise to a minimum, those guests looking for party central should probably look for alternative accommodation.

There is a £200 good housekeeping deposit payable the week before arrival, fully refundable within 1 week of departure date subject to no damage, please.
