A beautiful home for your family beach retreat, Magnolia House has space to relax, play and is in the perfect location, just a five minute walk to the beach and less than 10 to the restaurants and cafes the idyllic sea side town of Swanage, on the Jurassic coast, has to offer.
The back garden is huge, with ample seating and fully enclosed. It’s the perfect place for your sundowners and a family BBQ. There is driveway parking for 2-3 cars, with more on the road, and an EV charger too.
Magnolia House is your dream family holiday home. With oodles of space for everyone and an incredible garden and location, you’ll make special memories of your seaside break.
There are two king rooms, one of which includes an en-suite. There are two twin rooms. In addition to the beds sleeping 8, there’s a snug/office downstairs, with a sofa bed suitable for children.
There is ample dining space in the sunny dining room for all ten of you, so the house is wonderful for celebrating and family gatherings.
The kitchen is modern and beautifully finished, with a large fridge freezer to accommodate celebratory drinks and snacks for your whole group. Luxuries like the range cooker and boiling tap make for easy group meals and the high chairs and cutlery for youngsters mean less to pack too.
The washing machine and dryer in the utility means you won’t need to lug the laundry home, and there’s space for boots and coats from your adventures too!
The cosy living room looks out onto the patio and large lawn beyond, meaning you can watch the children and dog at play with a cuppa in comfort.
The garden is perfect: large enough to find a comfy spot in the sun or shade at any time of day with ample comfortably seating and dining space too. There’s a large BBQ.
Upstairs there is a large family bathroom as well as an ensuite adjoining the master king room. There’s also a downstairs toilet, neighbouring the snug room, which makes sleeping downstairs very convenient.

- Review from...: Facebook: This is a lovely welcoming holiday home, I wish it was my home! We love Swanage, we’ve visited as a family for more than 50 years, this is the best home we have stayed in. The house is furnished with everything we needed to enjoy our stay, we especially appreciated the quality bed linen and towels. The garden aspect is perfect all day from breakfast to a glass of fizz in the evening. We are sad to be leaving, and are can’t wait til we return to this lovely home next year.
