    Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Min y Mor is a 1-bedroom converted barn
    offering exceptional sea views from your beautiful hayloft-style accommodation. Equipped
    with everything you need, including French doors leading to a beautiful enclosed garden with
    a hot tub.
    Bring your furry friends along for the adventure. The property features 7 acres of land for
    walking on lead, with an enclosed dog walking field for some off lead time too.
    A path leads to Tresaith, where you can join the coastal path. Other local beaches include Pen

    Y Bryn, Llangrannog, and Aberporth.

     

    The Space
    A gallery leads to a loft bedroom with a king-size fitted bed, chest of drawers, and ample
    closet space. A Velux window offers stunning countryside views with sea views in the

    distance. The bedroom is accessible via a standard set of stairs.

     

    The fully fitted kitchen features a stainless steel electric double oven cooker, a 3/4 fridge
    freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, cutlery, crockery, mugs, cooking utensils, and

    bakeware. A selection of glasses are also provided.

     

    The open-plan vaulted ceiling lounge features a large comfortable sofa and chair, a dining
    space with a table and chairs for two, Sky TV with Netflix, Prime, Paramount TV and

    ultrafast fibre WiFi.

     

    Access to the enclosed garden is via French doors from the lounge. The raised patio offers
    beautiful views of the countryside and the bay. Outdoor table and chairs are provided, along
    with a BBQ overlooking a pond on one side and the sea on the other. Min Y Mor also
    benefits from an outdoor 2 person lay down hot tub to make the most of the amazing coastal

    views after a day’s sight seeing.

     

    Parking is available just outside the front door of Min Y Mor.

We have spent the last few days exploring Tresaith & Aberporth before returning to the cottage for the picturesque views of the sunset from the hot tub. Communication has been spot on & nothing was too much trouble. Lovely little welcome of dog treats & free roam of the dog field for Larry - he is gutted to be home too! Would 100% recommend this stay to anyone looking for a private getaway with lots of walking routes & dog friendly pubs & beaches! We would love to return, thank you so much! Jade
