Description:
Awel-y-mor - a cosy 3-bed barn with sea views
This cosy 3-bed barn with sea views and 6-person hot tub, offers the perfect blend of comfort, entertainment, and natural beauty, making it an ideal getaway.
Imagine waking up to breath-taking views of the sea and rolling hills. The full-size pizza oven is a dream come true for those who love to cook and entertain. After a day of exploring sinking into a 6-person hot tub sounds like the perfect way to unwind. With an enclosed garden and dedicated dog walking field, your furry friends will have plenty of space to roam and play safely.
Our closest beach is Penbryn where there is an amazing tearoom. The beach is dog friendly and you can join the coastal path.
Tresaith is 5 mins in a car or 20 – 30 mins walk, the beach is a blue flag beach. There’s also the Ship Inn, which is a Marston’s chain. It is worth looking at joining their mailing list for offers!
During the summer months New Quay becomes a bustling resort where boat trips, sailing, fishing, and water sports can be enjoyed. The stone pier, built almost 200 years ago, is one of the best places to spot the Bottlenose Dolphins, which Cardigan Bay is renowned for. Or take a leisurely stroll along the Coastal Path (part of all Wales coastal path) which passes through New Quay and absorb the stunning sea and cliff views or spot the Red Kites, sea birds and mammals from the look out at ‘Bird’s Rock’.
Just 20 mins drive north from us is the attractive harbor side town of Aberaeron while Aberystwyth is about an hour’s drive. In addition to the mainline railway station serving the area, Aberystwyth is the terminus of the Vale of Rheidol Railway.
If you drive south there is Cardigan Town, which has some large chains such as Tesco and Aldi, along with many independent shops, a castle and the river Teifi, which is lovely to sit and look out.
We also very near Llangrannog, Mwnt and Aberporth, which all are beautiful.
