Steps up from the driveway leads to the wooden stable door and into a well-appointed shaker style kitchen, featuring a pale blue Smeg fridge freezer and views of the village, making it an ideal space for socializing and cooking together. Additionally, the property includes a separate laundry room with a washing machine.

Unwind in the cosy lounge, where you can enjoy the warmth of a wood burner effect gas fire, take in the views of the village through duel aspect windows with plantation shutter blinds, and relax on the delightfully comfy sofas after a day out exploring.

This separate dining room provides the perfect setting for special moments, featuring a prominent fireplace (although not operational), windows with plantation shutter blinds, and scenic views of the village. The hallway highlights a front door that opens onto Berry Hill, a window adorned with plantation shutter blinds, and boasts a reading corner that includes a wingback chair and bookcase.

The first floor accommodates the master bedroom, complete with a king-size bed, plantation shutter blinds, and village vistas. The en-suite shower room contains a shower, sink, and toilet. Bedroom 2 features plantation shutters, village views, a double bed, armoire wardrobe, decorative fireplace, and a small dressing table which could be utilized as a temporary small desk if needed. Bedroom 3 has plantation shutters and a single bed. A bathroom on this floor includes a bathtub with shower attachment, high cistern toilet, and sink. Located on the second floor are two additional bedrooms. Bedroom 4 is furnished with two single antique French beds and features sloping ceilings. Bedroom 5 is a beautifully proportioned, with sloping ceilings, a double bed, leather sofa, and a small closet wardrobe that includes a small safe. Both bedrooms on this floor enjoy delightful village views and glimpses of the sea, enhanced by plantation shutter blinds. Please note there is no bathroom on this floor.

A driveway situated to the side of the property provides parking for two cars (one in front of the other), while a charming patio garden with stone walls, a stone patio, and table and chairs offers a pleasant outdoor space. The garden is particularly pretty in summer, with its vibrant, oversized lilies and roses.

Surrounded by stunning countryside and coastal walks, our house is dog-friendly. To ensure your pet's comfort, we offer a supply of pet towels, blankets, and necessities, along with a few treats. Your dogs are very welcome, but please be aware that we prefer no more than 3 dogs per stay. If this is a problem, please don't hesitate to speak to us prior to your stay. There is a fee of £15 per dog per stay.

The downstairs rooms in the property are not open plan and are on the smaller side. Please be aware that they may be somewhat limited in space to accommodate all members of your party in one room at any time when at full occupancy. We usually find that the majority of our guests are out exploring the area rather than sitting around in the house, but did want to bring this to your attention.
