Bluebell Cottage -  a cosy 2-bedroom cottage with woodburner, is situated in a peaceful location, a short walk from Lyndhurst in The New Forest National Park.

Lyndhurst is a busy village with cafes, pubs, restaurants and independent shops.

After the bustle of the village you can just sit back and relax in the cottage garden with your favourite tipple or cosy up by the woodburner in winter.

Note. We are fully compliant with the updated Government Fire Regulations in effect from October 2023.

Sleeping up to a MAXIMUM of 4 people, the ground floor features a cosy lounge with wood burner (logs supplied), well equipped kitchen including a washer/dryer and dishwasher, dining room seating 4 and a stylish shower room with a rainfall shower and soft fluffy towels.

Upstairs are the two bedrooms, both with original fireplaces. One double overlooking the pretty garden and the other at the front can be made up as a kingsize or twin - please advise at the time of booking. All beds are very comfortable and made up with freshly laundered, crisp white linen.

In the kitchen you will find a Nespresso coffee machine, tea, coffee pods, milk and condiments to get you started. In addition some delicious New Forest Shortbread and a bottle of fizz and nibbles complete our welcome gifts!

Outside is the delightful cottage garden with summerhouse, rattan sofa seating, table and chairs, parasols and Weber BBQ (1 x burn the bag supplied).

* Please note the stairs are steeper than average, so may not be suitable for the very young/elderly. WE DO NOT ACCEPT BABIES DUE TO LACK OF SPACE FOR COTS/PRAMS ETC.*

* One SMALL well behaved dog welcomed but not to be left alone in the cottage please. No puppies. *

On-street parking. Please park with consideration for our neighbour’s driveway. Note the dropped kerb and do not overhang the driveway. You can park elsewhere on the street if necessary. You can walk or cycle into the countryside from the end of the road and if you bring your own bikes there is space for 2 in the secure shed at the end of the garden. If watersports are your thing, you can store paddleboards or kayaks at the side of the house behind a locked gate. (Please note storage of your property is at your own risk).

Other things to note:
Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am.

If you have your furry friend with you please pick up their poo and put in a dog bin on your walks - not in our dustbins!
