Quiet hours are observed between 10pm and 7am, in keeping with the residential setting.
Use of hot tubs and outdoor terrace areas are permitted up to 10pm only.
Important: Due to fire safety regulations, the lower ground floor bedroom in Apartment A requires use of an external emergency escape route involving stairs. It is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. By booking, you confirm that this arrangement is understood.
NOTE: Our rates are based upon occupancy levels. The lowest price stated above is for Apt A for 2-pax. There are incremental uplifts in price thereafter for up to 4-pax, 6-pax, 8-pax, 10-pax. Typically, Apt B is slightly more expensive. A minimum duration of 2-nights applies. Apt A sleeps 8-pax. Apt B sleeps 10-pax. The Run of The House option (Apt A + Apt B) sleeps up to 18-pax. We can potentially offer 2 extra single guest beds depending on the situation.
