Ardchoile - a 4-bedroom Victorian house in the Cairngorms

Ardchoile is a fantastic large 4-bedroom Victorian house over three levels. It is the perfect base for a family friendly holiday, allowing you to explore many popular destinations, such as Aviemore, Skye, Inverness, Fort William, Oban, Mallaig and Loch Ness.

Group accommodation:

The house has 2 super king-size bedrooms, 1 king-size bedroom, and a further bedroom with two bunkbeds in it, sleeping 4 guests. The bunk beds are standard single bed size.

There are two sitting rooms, one of which has a dining area and a log fire. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and breakfast table.

The top floor of the house has a games room, complete with a darts board and a junior pool table. The utility room has ample space for hanging up coats and muddy boots as well as a washing machine and dryer.

The house also has a shower room, WC and a bathroom.

Ardchoile comfortably sleeps 10 guests.

There is WIFI and central heating throughout this house, and the TV's in the sitting rooms have streaming services.

From the house and garden you will be able to spot local wildlife, and enjoy the surrounding mountain and forest views while relaxing in the hot tub. The village center is within walking distance. There are numerous walks and cycle trails from the front door, the bike shop in Kingussie has bikes for hire, and they will also deliver to the house.

Ardchoile is a dog friendly cottage. Ardchoile is a non smoking house. We also do not accept any parties at Ardchoile. The house has a large private drive with ample parking space.

There is CCTV in operation in the car park, and the property also has a ring doorbell.
