Our dog-friendly holiday cottage is less than a five-minute walk to the beautiful Pakefield beach, making it incredibly convenient for morning walks or leisurely afternoons by the sea.  From the door, you can walk north along the promenade towards Lowestoft or south along the prom and cliff-top path towards Pakefield church. A favourite walk is to head south along the shoreline to Kessingland and back. Kessingland beach is stunning wide expanse of dunes and probably one of the best wild beaches on the Suffolk coast. Be sure to check tide times as it is impassable at high tide.

Pakefield is a perfect base for exploring the wider Suffolk Coast. Venture to the charming towns and villages nearby, including Southwold, Walberswick, Dunwich, Beccles and Bungay.
